# Workable

Workable is built in Christchurch, New Zealand by Agentic Intelligence. The product replaces traditional reporting forms and one-way speech-to-text with a two-way AI voice agent that holds a real conversation, asks clarifying questions, navigates dynamic form structures, and only completes a submission when the answers are complete.
## What makes Workable different
- Not dictation. Not speech-to-text. Workable's AI voice agent holds a two-way conversation — it asks clarifying questions, follows form logic, and validates answers before moving on.
- Multilingual by default. Workers speak in their first language; structured data is delivered in English (or any target language configured). Currently supports natural conversation in English, Tagalog, Mandarin, Hindi, Vietnamese, Malay and Spanish, with more in testing.
- Multi-channel capture. Reports can be captured via phone call, in-app voice call, or on-site QR code — whichever is most natural for the worker.
- Direct system integration. Conversation is mapped to your schema and lands natively inside the existing HSEQ, field service, or CRM system you already use.
