Serac — agentic AI for ServiceNow developers

# Serac > Serac is the open-source build agent for ServiceNow developers. It reads a user story in natural language, plans the work, opens an update set, and builds the solution from a 429 MCP tool catalogue (flows, business rules, widgets, ATF, REST, and more) — keeping the developer in control at every step. Open source under Apache License 2.0 — read it, fork it, self-host it, even build a service on it; no carve-outs. Hosted platform available at serac.build. Bring your own LLM keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI). Open-source CLI: `@serac-labs/core`. Serac was previously called **Snow-Flow**. The project and its npm package (`snow-flow`) were renamed to Serac (`@serac-labs/core`) in 2026; the old snow-flow.dev domain now redirects to serac.build.
