## What this is
A single-page Next.js 16 application that consolidates real-time market
data, policy framework, infrastructure mapping, and legislative tracking
into a single decision-support tool for Philippine energy policymakers.
## Data freshness tiers
- Live (Every 5–10 min) — Market data and news polled continuously from public APIs. Refreshes while you read.
- Daily (Every 24h · 06:00 PHT) — Factual snapshots refreshed once per day via scheduled scrape + agent synthesis.
- Weekly (Every Monday · 06:00 PHT) — Institutional reports and legislative statuses refreshed weekly.
- Published (Versioned manually) — Fundamentals — analytical frameworks that don't change with today's news. Versioned via commits.

- DOE Oil Industry Monitor (daily, scraped daily at 06:00 PHT) — Prevailing PH diesel retail pump price
- GlobalPetrolPrices.com (daily, scraped daily at 06:00 PHT) — USD-denominated diesel price across ASEAN for comparison
- OpenStreetMap Overpass (daily, queried daily at 06:00 PHT) — Total fuel stations in the Philippines (amenity=fuel)
- Days of Supply (computed) (daily, recomputed daily at 06:00 PHT) — Linear extrapolation from the existing weekly trend in supply data
- HuggingFace Inference (Llama-3-8B-Instruct) (daily, regenerated daily at 06:00 PHT) — 2–4 sentence daily narrative synthesized from the snapshot
