# Mobile Next
> The programmable mobile runtime for AI agents. Control and automate real iOS and Android devices through APIs and the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Open source (mobile-mcp) plus a hosted cloud of real devices billed per minute.
Key concepts: give an AI agent (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.) deterministic access to a real phone — tap, type, screenshot, run app flows — via MCP or a REST API. Components: Mobile MCP (open-source MCP server), MobileCLI (device control CLI), Mobilewright (mobile test authoring), and Mobile Next Cloud (real devices on demand).
