> Kintsu is a composable liquid staking protocol on Monad and Hyperliquid. Users stake gas tokens (MON or HYPE), receive liquid staking tokens (sMON or sHYPE), and use those LSTs across 60+ DeFi integrations — all while earning staking yield and MEV rewards. Governed by an onchain representative democracy with the KSU governance token. Audited by Spearbit and Nethermind. Built by Water Cooler Studios.
- Stake MON → receive sMON (ERC-20 liquid staking token). sMON is reward-bearing: balance stays fixed, but each sMON appreciates in MON value as staking rewards compound.
- Stake HYPE → receive sHYPE on Hyperliquid. Same reward-bearing mechanism.
- superMON is a curated DeFi yield vault on Monad, managed by top high-frequency traders.
- KSU is the governance token controlling validator delegation weights and DAO evolution.
