## Inventory logic

## Fulfillment workflows
- Smart Fulfillment: staff fulfills the Shopify order inside iSmartSync; branch movement is recorded inside iSmartSync as part of the fulfillment flow
- Manual Fulfillment: branch staff records what physically moved inside iSmartSync; Shopify fulfillment remains handled separately
- Branch Sync: fulfillment is led from Shopify first, and iSmartSync applies the correct branch-level stock movement afterward
