It was developed by Aspen Delaney, who co-founded the training program at Happy Doodle Farm and serves as lead trainer for every placement. Aspen is directly responsible for the daily care, behavioral development, and training continuity of every dog placed under the Aspen Protocol. She conducts founder-led deliveries and in-home installations alongside her parents. She is currently a high school junior maintaining a 4.0 GPA while enrolled full-time in a dual-credit college academy program. Aspen serves as Kentucky State DECA Vice President of Public Relations and Region 3 Vice President. She is a two-time Kentucky State DECA champion — winning in Hospitality Management as a junior and in a team Hospitality event as a sophomore. She is chapter president of DECA and Best Buddies, and Vice President of Key Club at her high school.
