Pad — Project management for the agent era

# Pad > Project Management for the agent era. Single binary, CLI + web UI, SQLite storage. Pad is a local-first project management tool. It ships as a single Go binary with an embedded web UI, a CLI, and a `/pad` skill for AI coding agents.
