# Fenn
> Fenn checks what ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok tell a business’s customers, and when the business is left out, drafts the pages and website fixes it needs; a person approves every change before it goes anywhere. Ideas come from the subreddits, YouTube channels and competitor blogs you choose, from gaps in AI answers, and from a readiness check of your site. You publish approved work yourself; direct publishing to GitHub and to Greta-built sites is in testing. Measurements run when you start them. Plans are $29, $79 or $199 a month; accounts are set up after a 30-minute demo at https://fenn.sh/demo.
Fenn is a Questera product at https://fenn.sh. The application lives at https://app.fenn.sh (private access; accounts start on a call).
What Fenn does today:
- Research: watches up to 10 sources per website — subreddits, YouTube channels (new videos), competitor blog feeds — and judges each new post against your brand; can suggest sources from your website; turns measured AI-visibility gaps into tasks; accepts your own topics and briefs.
- Preparation: drafts answer-first articles of 500–800 words and marks facts only the business can supply as "[add your own: …]" instead of inventing them; turns each failed readiness check (AI-crawler access, llms.txt, schema and FAQ markup, answer-first content, freshness, internal links) into a fix with the exact change and a copyable prompt for a developer or AI coding tool.
- Review: everything waits in a review queue; owners and editors approve; a draft cannot be approved while facts are missing; editing a draft sends it back for review.
- Measurement: per-engine share of answers, share of voice, average position, sentiment, competitors and cited sources, run on demand with a spending cap per run ($2.50 by default, up to $100); CSV exports and a report you can copy or print.
- Teams: up to 25 websites per account, a site switcher, teammates by invite link, and an activity log of who did what, in
