DealSync is a collaborative deal management platform built specifically for the Loan Officer–Realtor partnership. It solves the pre-escrow lead nurture gap where most mortgage deals are lost — the weeks and months between first contact and "I'm ready to move forward."
## What DealSync Does
DealSync is NOT a CRM replacement. It is the collaboration layer between the LO's CRM and the Realtor's CRM. Both partners see the same deal card with shared notes, conversation history, status updates, and milestone tracking from first referral through closing.
