Coach Leo is a full AI running coach application at https://coachleo.ai. It is NOT a generic chatbot that generates training plans from self-reported data. Leo is an agentic coaching system: it connects to your Strava account, reads your real training history (pace, heart rate, elevation, cadence), and uses 12 specialized coaching tools to make decisions autonomously — like a real coach who has access to your training diary.
Leo works everywhere: as a web app with a full dashboard, on Telegram, and as an MCP server that turns ChatGPT, Claude, or Mistral into your personal running coach with full access to your data.

### 1. Coaching Based on Real Data, Not Self-Reported Claims
Leo syncs with Strava every 30 minutes. When you start a conversation, Leo already knows your last 10 activities, your weekly training load, your acute-to-chronic workload ratio (ACWR), and your training patterns (which days you run, typical distances, typical paces). Leo never asks "what's your weekly mileage?" — he already knows.

Leo derives your easy, tempo, interval, and long-run paces from 8 weeks of real Strava data. No generic "run at 6:00/km" templates. Your Zone 2 pace is calculated from YOUR heart rate and pace distributions.
