# Benzinga
> Benzinga is a financial media and data company headquartered in Detroit, Michigan. It provides real-time actionable financial news, market data, and analytics to retail and institutional investors via its website (benzinga.com), premium terminal (Benzinga Pro), data APIs, and licensed content feeds. Benzinga is the largest news vendor to North American brokerages and distributes content through partners including MSN, Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance, and Robinhood.
Benzinga operates across four primary surfaces:
1. **benzinga.com** — A financial news and research website covering stocks, ETFs, options, crypto, commodities, real estate, and personal finance. Includes quote pages, calendars, screeners, analyst ratings, SEC filings, and editorial content.
2. **Benzinga Pro** (pro.benzinga.com) — A premium real-time news terminal with audio squawk, watchlists, alerts, stock scanner, and calendar tools for active traders.
3. **Benzinga APIs** (api.benzinga.com) — A licensed data platform providing REST APIs, WebSocket streams, TCP feeds, and webhooks for programmatic access to news, calendar events, fundamentals, market data, and more.
4. **Benzinga Money** (benzinga.com/money) — A personal finance and investing education vertical with broker reviews, "best of" guides, how-to articles, and product comparisons across investing, insurance, mortgages, crypto, and credit cards.
