# PorchRocket
> PorchRocket helps contractors find and win work. It has two products. Bid Control finds public bids for every trade from cities, counties, school districts, special districts and state agencies, and helps contractors prepare and win them. Bid Board finds the work: every public job for a company's trade and area, best fits first, with early signs from board meetings, budgets and capital plans, and who won past bids and for how much. Bid Builder walks the contractor through every form the buyer wants, fills the forms from the company's own file (W-9, insurance certificate, licenses, references, bonding letter) and shows what past winners bid. Bid Team, led by Rafael Ortega, plans each bid with the owner and does the paperwork; the owner makes the final call on the number, signs and sends. Ground Control is property data for roofers: the homes and commercial buildings that fit a roofer's work by roof age, material, size and storm history, delivered as CSV or Excel in 24 to 48 hours, with only 90%+ sure matches.
