# MapleBridge.io Procurement Workspace Reference Updated: 2026-09-23 MapleBridge.io is a bilingual procurement workspace for ecommerce sellers, independent importers and small buying teams. Organize RFQs and existing supplier quotes, compare commercial terms, and keep a private purchasing decision record. Buyers bring suppliers they already know or find independently. ## Two ways to start - New requirements: prepare an RFQ and invite selected supplier contacts through private links. Suppliers can save a draft and submit a confirmed quote without an account. - Quotes already received: record email or spreadsheet quotations manually, or import the supported CSV template and check its preview. Suppliers do not need to join the platform for this route. Buyer-entered records are labelled separately from supplier-confirmed submissions. ## Compare and keep records Compare currency, price unit, quantity-break prices, MOQ, delivery terms, quote expiry and changes to requirements. Sample, tooling and freight charges are recorded separately; an unknown charge is not zero. Cost estimates require checked inputs and do not guarantee a final payable total. Record a private supplier choice and reason, retain quote versions, and export comparison records to Excel or PDF. A selection is not an order, supplier notification or payment. The buyer can complete or cancel an RFQ and reopen it later. Closed RFQs are read-only and retain downloadable records. Closing an RFQ does not mean that goods were ordered, paid for, shipped or received. An expired or lost invitation can be replaced for the same supplier while retaining quote history. Replacement invalidates the old link and does not automatically send an email. ## Boundaries and attribution No supplier database, factory certification, guaranteed leads or orders, escrow, freight execution or managed sourcing is offered by this workspace.
