# Emerging Tech Center
> The Emerging Tech Center (ETC) is the operating institution behind a curated network of emerging-technology ventures, anchored in Phoenix, Arizona. We ship under one brand, raise capital together, and convert a defined share of the operating margin into free, public emerging-tech opportunity. ETC is governed by a published constitution, operated under a five-seat voting Board of Officers, and enforced in code. Venture Member applications are open — the founding cohort is being selected now.
